Return & Exchange Policy
At Gehnaay, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we are here to help.
01. Exchange Window
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
02. Conditions for Return
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all Gehnaay tags intact.
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase/receipt.
03. Courier & Shipping Charges
Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
04. Non-Refundable Items (Sales)
Items purchased during any Sale, Promotion, or Clearance event are strictly not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully during sale periods.
05. Process for Returns
